Obituary of Robert Myron Boulle Jr.

Robert Myron Boulle Jr. age 67 of Poughkeepsie, died Monday, January 2, 2017 at home. Robert was born December 8, 1949 in New Rochelle, NY. He is the son of the late Robert Myron Boulle Sr. and the late Marie Agnes Boulle. He married the love of his life Elcelia “Ceil” Empara on September 23, 1972 in New Rochelle. Robert served in the United States Army from July 1969 to September 1973 and from 1970 to 1971 he served in the Vietnam war. Robert worked for Verizon for 33 years as a cable splicing technician and retired in 2001 after which he took a job for Healey Brothers as a courtesy shuttle driver. Robert was an avid New York Yankees and Green Bay Packers fan. He is survived by his wife of 44 years Ceil Boulle, son and daughter in-law Michael and Alison Boulle of Hyde Park, son and daughter in-law Jason and Jennifer Boulle of Poughkeepsie, sister and brother in-law Elaine and Frank LaBoy of Platekill, Grandson Ryan Boulle of Fishkill, mother in-law Marie Barrette of Poughkeepsie, brother in-law Anthony Empara of Poughkeepsie, nieces Jenieve LaBoy and fiance Fernando Debonis of Clintondale, Ashley and Edwin Medina of Port Ewen, Christine LaBoy of Platekill, in addition to his nieces he is survived by great nephew Anthony Medina and great niece Alaina Medina both of Port Ewen, along with several cousins. Calling hours will be Sunday, January 8, 2017 from 2:00PM to 6:00PM at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc. 371 Hooker Avenue, Poughkeepsie. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, January 9, 2017 at St. Martin DePorres Church, Ceder Valley Road, Poughkeepsie. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Poughkeepsie.
