Obituary of Edmee Ranieri

Edmee T. Ranieri, 92 of Poughkeepsie N.Y. passed away peacefully, with her family by her side on, November 16, 2017. Edmee was born on October 11, 1925 to Domenic (Nino) Tancredi, and Julienne Lea Dubey.  Edmee attended Poughkeepsie High School and was a former member of the Italian Center Ladies Auxiliary.  On December 13, 1942 she married James J. Ranieri in Poughkeepsie N.Y.  She is predeceased in death by her husband, James, brother Lucica  Tancredi and sister Josephine Belch. She is survived by her five children Robert J. Ranieri, Denise M. Massa (Joseph), James J. Ranieri, Jr. (lynnae), Renee J. Ranieri and Gary C. Ranieri, Denver Colorado. Grandchildren Robert J. Ranieri Jr (Maureen), Heather Delforno  (Jarrad), Lisa  Renahan (James) Amy L. Vaquer  (Luis), Ashley L. Ranieri, James J. Ranieri, and Kristie L. Ranieri. Great grandchildren, Emma and Robert Ranieri, Anthony and Joseph  Delforno and Michael and Kate Renahan. We are blessed throughout our lives to have had such a sweet, loving, angelic mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She guided us all and loved us unconditionally. A special thank you to Lutheran Care Center at Concord Village for their care and support over the past six years. We are eternally grateful for their compassion. Burial is at the convenience of the family.
