Obituary of Joaquin Hernandez Caballero

Joaquin E. Hernandez Caballero, 33 of Poughkeepsie died on February 12, 2020, at Westchester Medical Center.

Joaquin was employed at the Furlani and Son Machine shop.

He belongs to the D.U.S.L Indoor Soccer from 2017 to 2018 and the D.U.S.L Soccer for Hope.

Joaquin was a Member of St. Mary's Church in Poughkeepsie. He had a great love for his Family, Faith, and Soccer.

Born in Mexico on May 5, 1986, he was the son of Epifanio Santiago Hernandez and Antonia Caballero Benitez.

Joaquin is survived by his wife Lorena Aragon Bautista of Poughkeepsie, his children Yazmin, Joseph and Jennifer Hernandez, his brothers Juan Carlos Hernandez, Arturo Caballero, sisters Maria Hernandez, Lourdes Hernandez and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held Thursday, February 20, 2020, from 5 pm to 8 pm at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home 371 Hooker Ave. Poughkeepsie, New York 12603. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, February 21, 2020, at 10 am at St. Mary's Church Poughkeepsie with burial to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
