Obituary of Ralph E. Lauricella

Ralph E. Lauricella 71 of Poughkeepsie died at Vassar Brothers Medical Center on Thursday April 2, 2020.

Ralph was born in Mount Vernon on August 19, 1948, he was the son of the late Edward and Rose Segno Lauricella.

Ralph was a graduate from Manhattanville College with a Masters Degree in Education

On October 11, 1981 in Yonkers, NY Ralph married Margaret(Peggy) Gower.

Ralph was a Teacher for 37 years in Mount Vernon retiring in 2010.

Ralph was a local resident since 2018 previously from Brewster NY.

Ralph is survived by his wife Margaret Lauricella at home in Poughkeepsie, his mother Rose Lauricella of Brewster, his daughter Bailey A Gartman and her husband Matthew of Ashville, NC., his son Paul Lauricella and his partner Alex Rodriguez of Washington, DC., his son Mark Lauricella of Poughkeepsie, his grandchildren Rose and Lilly Gartman, his brothers Richard and Edward Lauricella and his sister Jane Parente.

Ralph was also predeceased by his 2 brothers Robert and Henry Lauricella.

Due to the underlying circumstance services at this time will be private and at the convenience of the family. There will be a Celebration of Ralph's life at a later day to be announced.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ralph’s memory to New Horizons nhrny.org.
