Obituary of Patricia A. Pettigrew

Patricia A. Pettigrew, 74, of Wappinger Falls, NY passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 in
Punta Gorda, FL. She had been a local resident of Wappinger Falls, prior to moving to Punta
Gorda, FL 9 years ago. Pat was born in Oceanside, NY on June 8, 1947 to the late John and
Elizabeth Nofi. She attended Browns Business School in Rockville Centre, NY. On July 29,
1967 Pat married Michael B. Pettigrew at the Lowry Air Force Base in Aurora, CO and he
survives her at home. Pat had worked for Fleet Weather in Poughkeepsie, NY. She was a
member of the Evergreen Sweet Adeline's Chorus, which she loved singing with and designing
quilts. In addition to her husband, Mike, Pat is survived by her children; Michael S. Pettigrew
(Darcie) of Poughkeepsie, Brian V. Pettigrew (Deanna) of Hermosa Beach, CA and Daniel K.
Pettigrew (Michelle) of Wappingers Falls and her grandchildren; Braden, Dylan, Riley, Logan,
Hudson, Jackson and Colton. Also surviving are her siblings; Vincent Nofi (Susan) of Punta
Gorda, FL, John Nofi of Greenville, NC, Thomas Nofi (Mary Ellen) of Rockville Centre, NY,
Peter Nofi (Nancy) of Brentwood, TN, Rita Orefice (Jim) of Punta Gorda, FL, Mary Poletti
(Mario) of Punta Gorda, FL, Teresa Rupert (Albert) of Colorado Springs, CO and Regina
McGinley (Artie) of Massapequa, NY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday,
September 5, 2021 from 1:00 - 3:00pm at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, 371 Hooker
Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Funeral Services will follow at 3pm. Burial is private and at the convenience of the Family. To
