Obituary of Louise Manco

Louise Manco passed away on December 6, 2021. She was born on August 23, 1917 in Bronx, New York to the late Nicholas and the late Lucia Silvestri LaPeruta. On April 16, 1939 at the Immaculate Conception in the Bronx Louise married Fiore Manco, he predeceased her on May 11, 1979. Louise was the owner of M & B Bakery in Hopewell and also was previously employed as a manager at Air Electronics in Pleasantville, New York. Louise was a local resident since 1976 previously from Peekskill, New York. Louise loved to knit, crochet and cook and she was a member of St Joseph's Church in New Paltz, New York. Louise is survived by her three children Philomena "Mena" Rupert and her husband Ronald of Millbrook, Dominick Manco and his wife Beverly of Moriah Center, Lucyann Rabasco of Hopewell Jct, her grandchildren Lisa, Peter, John, Randy, Tara, Tracey, Louise, Peter, Paul, Joe, Suzie, Dominick and Jennifer, her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Christopher, Andrew, Peter, Sarah, Lexi, Jonny, Victoria, Olivia, Stella, Joey, Rosa, Nicholas, Abigail, Dominick, Ben, Alaina, Jake, Carter, Racquel, Iiaila, Tanya, Dominick and Sophia. Louise was predeceased by her granddaughter Tracey Rupert Cuevas and grandson Paul Nicholas Rabasco. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held December 13, 2021 at 10:00 AM from Our Lady Of Mount Carmel Church, Mount Carmel Place, Poughkeepsie, NY. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. Interment will take place in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery, Poughkeepsie, NY.
