Obituary of Judith B. Lucas

Judith B. Lucas 82 of Poughkeepsie passed away on Monday March 21, 2022 at the Lutheran Care Nursing Facility.

Judith was born in Rochester, New York on July 20^th, 1939, she was the daughter of Leonard and Ruth King Briskie.

On November 29, 1997, at the Troutback in Amenia, New York, Judith married John “Jack” G. Lucas.

Judith worked as a Registered Nurse for the Department of Mental Hygiene in Poughkeepsie, retiring in 2005.

Judith has been a local resident since 1967 previously of Rochester, New York.

Judith was a member of the Poughkeepsie Methodist Church; she loved to garden and play Bridge with her friends.

Funeral Services will be held 10am Monday March 28, 2022 at the Poughkeepsie Methodist Church New Hackensack Road Poughkeepsie, New York.

Burial will be private and at the Convenience of the family.
