Obituary of Lily Ann Charland

Lilly Ann Charland, 88 of Pleasant Valley, NY passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022 at home.

Lilly was born on June 10, 1933 in Tupper Lake, NY to Napoleon and Edna Beor Lamere. She married Peter J. Charland on February 16, 1957 at St. Alphonsus Church. He predeceased her on January 5, 2011. A local resident for over 60 years, Lilly was a homemaker who loved working on puzzles and participating in games and cards with her family.

Survivors include sister Mae Lamare of Tupper Lake, NY, son Dr. James (Charlann) Charland of Broadalbin, NY & their children Drs. Jamie & Steven Bauman & Ryan, son Patrick (Hazel) Charland of Poughkeepsie, NY & their children Jamie (Joe Conte), Heather, Peter, Krystal and Nicole, son Timothy (Barbara) Charland of Slatehill, NY & their son Nicholas, daughter Susan  (Thomas) Gault (deceased) of Poughkeepsie, NY & their children Sean, Steven, Claudia & Jen (Ralph) Moreno, son Matthew (Jeanine) Charland, Sr of Pleasant Valley, NY & their children Jozlyn, Darren & Matthew, Jr., son Christopher (Carolyn) Charland, Sr. of Pleasant Valley, NY & their children  Chrisopher, Jr., Michaela and Amber as well as many great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.

Calling hours are Sunday, May 22, 2022 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, Inc. 371 Hooker Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603.
