Obituary of Mary Anne Diesing

Mary Anne Diesing, 72, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on August 8, 2022. She was born on June 19, 1950, in Poughkeepsie, New York to the late Carl Joseph and the late Mary H. (Hennessey) Diesing Sr.

Mary Anne attended Krissler Business Institute and attended St. Vincent’s College.

She was an Executive Secretary for Haywood and Pakin retiring in 1976.

Mary Anne was a local resident all of her life. She was a member of Holy Trinity Church.

After retirement Mary Anne took care of her 6 nieces and nephews. She loved to read, cook and do daytime excursions.

Mary Anne is survived by her sister Martha Landsman Poughkeepsie New York, sister and brother in-law Margaret and Selig Diesing Poughkeepsie New York, brother and sister in-law Carl Joseph and Rosaria Diesing Jr. Clinton Corners New York, nieces and nephews Ian and Jamie Landsman, Joseph and Antoinette Landsman, Kara and James Foote, Jessica and Gary Traver, Carl and Sarah Diesing, Stephanie and Brian Diesing, great nieces and nephews Tyler, Max, Mia, Mason, Abigail, Jack, Giselle, Charlie, Evelyn, Noah and Cami. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday 12:30pm at Holy Trinity Church 775 Main Street Poughkeepsie, New York. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery Poughkeepsie.
