Obituary of Margaret Perri

Margaret Ann Perri, age 101, of Poughkeepsie, died Thursday, March 28, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital of Poughkeepsie, NY. Margaret was born July 6, 1911 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Cosimo and the late Restituta (Carteunta) Falcone. She married Pascal "Patsy"Perri on September 1, 1929 at New Jersey. She was predeceased by her husband, Pascal "Patsy" Perri on March 15, 1960. Margaret was a local resident most of her life, previously from Brooklyn, NY and Red Bank NJ. She was the owner of Perri Sportswear Clothing Factory. Margaret was a member of St. Mary's Church in Poughkeepsie, she loved to keep active and enjoyed taking care of her family. She is survived by her son and daughter In-law, Frank and Ann Perri of Poughkeepsie, NY; her grandchildren, Stephanie Barkin and her husband Daniel of Poughkeepsie, NY.,Michele Ciampaglione of Poughkeepsie, Patricia Pennisi of Red Hook, Frank Perri and his wife Stephanie of Hyde Park, Michael Perri and his fiancé Maureen Westhall of Poughkeepsie. Margaret is also survived by her two sisters, Mary Tilelli, Louise Sinnot, her brother Paul Falcone, nine great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her Husband, Pascal "Patsy" Perri, her grandson Mark Perri and her sister and brother, Adele Falcone and Victor Falcone. The funeral will be held 6:30 pm on Monday, April 1, 2013 at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY with officiating.
