Obituary of Deborah Kelley

Deborah N Kelley, 46, passed away October 8, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was born November13, 1966 in Norfolk, VA to John and Norma G. Scorgie Kelley. She was a Poughkeepsie resident for 36 years and had previously resided in Bedford, NY. Deborah was a 1984 graduate of Roy C. Ketcham High School and she graduated from DCC with a Criminal Justice Degree. She received a BA in History from Vassar College in 1995. She worked as a Financial Supervisor for the Dutchess County Clerks Office. Deborah was the first female to play in the boys Little League where she played 1st base for Mid-Hudson LP Gas. She is survived by her parents John & Norma Kelley, as well as her brother Eric and his wife Pamela. Calling hours will be held on Monday, October 14, 2013 from 4:00 - 8:00pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home at 10am. In Deborah's quest to recovery she helped the people of Dana Farber a great deal in helping contribute to their studies with cancer.
