Obituary of Marie D Duckwitz

Marie D. Duckwitz, of Poughkeepsie, NY went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at the age of 94. She passed peacefully at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie, NY. Marie was born on July 19, 1922 in Portland, Oregon to the late Stanley and Ethel Dablestein McClellen.

Marie is survived by her two children, Linda Brewer of Poughkeepsie, NY, Bruce Duckwitz of LaGrange, NY as well as three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. As per her wishes, Marie will be cremated and buried next to her husband Leonard at Freedom Plains Cemetery in LaGrange, NY.
