Obituary of Frank Mainolfi

Frank J. Mainolfi, 86, departed this life on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 to be with his Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ. 

Frank was born on October 11, 1936 in Marlboro, NY to Maria Cuozzo Mainolfi & Pasquali Mainolfi. He served his country in the Army from 1960 – 1962. Frank retired from King Kullen in New York where he was employed as a butcher & then later as a truck driver. He was a faithful servant of the John 3:16 Christian Center in Poughkeepsie, NY prior to relocating to FL where he lived with his son, Tony & daughter-in-law, Jane Ann since 2017. Favorite past times included golfing, coin collecting & playing cards.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 20 years, Peggy Mainolfi and siblings Mary (Joseph) Paradiso, Jean (Joe) Pensabene, Michael Mainolfi, Domenick (Terry) Mainolfi, Louise (Al) Lauro, Violet Fasano & Katie (Carlo) Francavilla.

Frank is survived by his three sons, Tony (Jane Ann) Mainolfi of Orlando, FL, Joe (Kellie) Mainolfi of Elgin, IL & Frank Mainolfi of Newport Beach, CA, and his grandchildren, Maria & Anthony Mainolfi of Orlando, FL & Nico Mainolfi of Elgin, IL.

He is also survived by his twin brother, Joe (Joanie) Mainolfi of Staten Island, NY, brother-in-law, Jack Fasano of FL, first wife & mother of his children, Ann Mainolfi of Boca Raton, FL, many loving nieces & nephews as well as his faithful canine companion, Stella.

Per Frank’s wishes, he was cremated & his family will hold a private ceremony at a later date.
