Obituary of June Schnorr

June H. Schnorr, age 85, of Wappingers Falls died Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Mrs. Schnorr was born June 18, 1926 in St. Paul Minnesota the daughter of the late Carl Victor and the late Judith (Erickson) Larson. On December 1, 1950 at St. Louis Chapel in St. Paul Minnesota she married Alexius G. Schnorr; he predeceased her November 3, 1984. She was a resident from 1959 to 1981, at that time she moved to Palm Harbor Florida returning locally in 2006. June was an active member in the Dutchess County Women’s Republican Party and a member of the New Hackensack Ladies Fire Department Auxiliary. She loved to play Bridge, was an avid seamstress, love to play scrabble and do crossword puzzles... She is survived by two daughters: Lynn Kiefer of Rosendale, NY, Diane Barr of Poughkeepsie, NY; one son: Thomas B. Schnorr of Holiday, FL; son and daughter In-law, William K. And Colleen Schnorr of Wilton, NY and son and daughter In-law, Michael C. And Kathleen Schnorr of Wappingers Falls, NY. She is also survived by grandson, William K. Schnorr Jr.; granddaughter, Rebecca Schnorr; grandson, Zachary Schnorr; grandson, Geoffrey Schnorr; granddaughter, Julie Barr and granddaughter, Stephanie Barr. June was predeceased by her sister Eleanor McCormick. Funeral Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Timothy P.
