Obituary of Charlotte Townsend

Charlotte Storey Camillaccio Townsend age 87, Loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother died on May 19, 2011. Born in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. on November 20, 1923, she was the daughter of Mary Losee Storey and Chester H. Storey. Charlotte was a life long local resident and member of Holy Trinity Church. She attended Arlington High School, was a Junior Red Cross member. Charlotte worked at the Delaval War Plant during World War II and was also a member of the Freedom Plains Grange in LaGrangeville. Charlotte married Vincent D. Camillaccio, November, 22 1942, Vincent died in 1970. In 1974 she married William A. Coy he died in 1978. Charlotte was engaged to Charles Miller, he died in 1994. On November 15, 1997 she married Luther Townsend, he died in 2002. Charlotte is survived by her daughter and son in-law Patricia and Frederick Eberhard Sr. of the Town of LaGrange, her grandchildren Frederick Eberhard Jr. and his wife Eva, Mark Vincent Eberhard and his wife Bach-Uyen and Charlotte Eberhard. She is also survived by a sister Pearl Delaney of Florida, a brother Richard Storey of Arizona, Eight Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and Jim Cusumano her Loving Companion. Charlotte was predeceased by her brother Joseph Zahn. Calling hours will be held Monday May 23, 2011 from 4pm to 8pm at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home 371 Hooker Ave. Poughkeepsie, New York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday 10am at Holy Trinity Church Poughkeepsie, New York. Burial will follow at St. Peters Cemetery.
