Obituary of Ernest R. Schaefer

Ernest R. Schaefer passed away Monday, December 4, 2017 in Franklin, MA.  He was predeceased by his wife Edith Schaefer, of Pawleys Island, SC; his brother Earl Schaefer of SC and his sister Georgette Schaefer of NY.

He is survived by his brother Douglas Schaefer and his wife Delores of Hyde Park, NY and his sister-in-law Irene of South Carolina.  Ernest is also survived by his children; son Dyrick Schaefer and wife Alice of Ashland, MA and his son Kurt Schaefer and wife Ellen of Medway, MA.

He is also survived by his grandchildren; granddaughter Katherine Starzyk and her husband Michael of Quincy, MA, who gave Ernest his first 2 great-grandchildren, Olivia Starzyk and Logan Starzyk, his grandson Michael Schaefer and his wife Jennifer of Gorham, ME and grandson Brandon Schaefer and granddaughter Amanda Schaefer both of , MA.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 11:00am - 12:00noon at the Timothy P.
