Autumn Dawn Conahan of Poughkeepsie NY died suddenly on December 6, 2020

Born February 5th 1988 Florida, she was the daughter of Donald J. Conahan and Lisa Trucks.

Autumn was a graduate of Dover Plains High School and worked as a waitress at the Palace Diner in Poughkeepsie.

Autumn is survived by one son Nicholas Conahan 13 years old, her loving fiancé Adam Clark, (Mother) Lisa Trucks of OK, (Father )Donald Conahan (Stepmother) Dawn Conahan, (Stepfather)Leonard DeMarco, her 5 half siblings Jamie Lynn DeMarco, Samantha DeMarco,

Kesley Lyon, Justin Conahan, her 2 Step brothers, Nicholas Bates and Daniel Bates

Autumn was predeceased by her little brother Leonard ‘LJ’ DeMarco.

Autumn always kind, loving with an unforgettable smile. Always looking to help when help was needed. Beautiful in so many ways. Autumn’s greatest accomplishment was her son Nicholas. Forever he is her legacy of this world. She loved the water which brought her a sense of peace and tranquility. Roses made her smile and cherry blossoms will always remind us of her.

She has touched us all forever. Autumn you will be in our hearts forever.
