Obituary of Alfred Kuenzelmann

Alfred Kuenzelmann, 89, of Poughkeepsie, NY, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at home.  Born in Poughkeepsie, NY on November 10, 1931, he was the son of the late Alfred Eric and Helen Schuster Kuenzelmann.  Alfred was a 1950 graduate of Poughkeepsie High School.  He had served in the United States Navy.  Alfred worked for Texaco Research as a technician in Glenham, NY, retiring in 1994.  He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and the Germania Singing Society.  He enjoyed golfing, bowling and horse racing.  Alfred is survived by his daughter, Romaine Tamberg of Gilbert, AZ and his 2 granddaughters Dana and Sarah.  In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his brother Ludwig Kuenzelmann in 1980.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Timothy P.
